Local Youth Prayer Gathering...

I attended the 1st LYPG held in Alor Setar yesterday in Full Gospel Church. The people who attended I think were more than expected. There were people from 3 churches; Wesley Methodist Church Alor Setar, Full Gospel Church Alor Setar, and Trinity Baptist Church Alor Setar.

What actually is this LYPG? Here's a video on youtube about it:

They are planning to have a MYPG here up north in June. MYPG is a bigger scale of LYPG. MYPG involves the whole youths of Malaysia to come together and pray. Here's another video about it:

So, to all Alor Setarians, do come and join us and pray! The next LYPG will be held in Wesley Methodist Church Alor Setar on the 13th of March, at 4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Do come and join us!

My Annual School Sports Day...

Last Wednesday, was my school's annual Sports Day. I do not know why must they organize this sports day so close to exam. Cannot enjoy the moment due to the stress of exams... I'm sure many did not attend, because they wanted to study for the upcoming monthly exam...

I took a few pictures with my phone, most of the pictures I took are not clear.
Pertahanan Awam marching...
Kadet Polis marching...
The place where all the food were sold...
The ice-cream vendors...
This ice-cream vendor is taking a break... LOL.
Why can't the students throw the rubbish into the proper rubbish bins?
Another year's of sports day is over. My last and final time involved in the Keat Hwa 2's sports day. How sad... Haha...

Scared of EXAM!

Exam's next week! And I'm still struggling with my Chemistry and Physics! I'm gonna fail those two subjects! I'm not so scared of the rest of the subjects... Just this two! And Chinese!!!

Deleting Files... Permanently!

In the past last year, there are so many news on politicians or movie stars semi-nude or nude pictures being circulated on the net. Why did they even take this pictures in the first place? For memories? *Weird* I can understand if they are taking for their boyfriend or girlfriend, because sometimes, love makes us oblivious to what's right and wrong. But on the hind side, try not to take pictures of yourself nude or semi-nude for them. You'd never know whether they'll betray you one day or not.

Just recently, there were two cases of politicians nude and semi-nude pictures of them circulating around in the internet. One, is Elizabeth Wong, MP for Bukit Gantang, and the other Dr. Chua.

Any photo or file you have deleted from your memory card, hard disk, can be recovered by a person who has the know how. Even the files have been emptied at the recycle bin can be recovered. Many people are not aware of this, but it's possible.

There are many file recovery programs out there readily available. And most of them actually works. You might not recover the full file, but a portion of it. But even a portion of it can sometimes be dangerous.

Why can recover programs recover the deleted files? Because if no other file is written on the same spot the file was written, the file still stays in disk sector. To best way to remove that file, is by installing a third party program in your system. This program is programmed to re-write junk data on the spot where the file you want it be deleted. And another way, is physically damaging the computer storage chip, so that it'll be unreadable.

Better be safe than sorry.

Random Rumblings...

There are so many things happening round the world, and most of the time, it's hard to catch up with the new gadgets, new happenings, festivals being celebrated around the world.

But there are so many shocking things on the news...

"Seven killed in Mindanao operations."
"Suicide bomb attack on anti-drugs office."
"Teen bus thief leaves trail of destruction."
Why are there so many deaths that can be prevented happening? Is there something wrong with the world that is causing people to be unhappy? Shouldn't someone lend an ear to these unhappy people?

"Teacher denies sex chargers."
"Cops record parents' statement over abused girl."
It's very frightening to see teenagers and adolescents being abused by teachers and parents. Are these people sick? Why do trey find torturing other people so fun? Sigh! I wish I could do something to make this world a better place.

Is It True Love?

How do you know is it love or not? How do you know it's real and not treating like best friends? How can you identify? This got me thinking.

I can still remember vaguely, in NSCFL, one of the speakers talked about BGR, which stands for Boy-Girl Relationship. He did tell about how to check whether it's true love or it's fake.

The first checkpoint. What do you find attractive about this person? Does he or she has certain characteristics you like about? Or you like the person's personality?

The second checkpoint, do you really know this person? Sometimes, we tend to jump the gun. Meaning, getting together in first sight, and not deeply knowing him or her.

The third, test of time. How has it been from then till now? Many quarrels? Peaceful and loving relationship?

Another checkpoint is personal impact. How are you affected by this relationship? Do how often feel sad because of him or her? Or always feel you're in seventh heaven? Do you often feel troubled?

The last and final checkpoint is, what others think of us. Do they think we're suitable? Most importantly, do both parents agree? I think a relationship will not work out 100% if parents do not agree.

Love is such a complicated thing. It takes ages to find the prefect one for yourself.

Exam Timetable...

Argh! I was flipping through my file, and I came across my exam timetable. I'm going to die on Tuesday! I have two heavy subjects! Good thing this is only a monthly test and not the proper test. Every subject got one paper only. In the real exam, some subjects can have up to 3 papers to answer... Phew!

Monday
09:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Malay
01:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Moral

Tuesday
09:15
a.m. - 10:45 a.m. History
11.10 a.m. - 12.40 p.m. Biology
01:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. English

Wednesday
07:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Chinese
09:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Physics
01:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Maths

Thursday
07:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Chemistry
01:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Add Maths

I wonder how am I going to answer my exam papers that are scheduled in the afternoon. It would be so HOT!

Exam's Coming Up Again!!!

Argh! My exam is just a few days away! I have not studied what I need to study yet! I have trouble with my Physics and Chemistry. Sigh! Why are these two subjects so complicated? Why are there so many things to memorize in Chemistry? All the chemical names are giving me a headache. And also I'm getting a nightmare trying to understand the principles, and memorizing the formula.

Why do they have exams? Why can't the education system be like in Australia, where they have mini quizzes and tests instead of the present education system? Furthermore, why does the weather need to be so HOT? The weather is killing me.

The only good news I have gotten is school hours has been cut short by 40 minutes. Instead of going back at 2:30 p.m., I now can go back at 1:50 p.m.! Except on Tuesdays though...

Reliving Memories...

I was sorting my stuff in my external hard disk. I came across an old picture folder of the PSS Farewell 2007. Ah... At that time, the old caretaker of the library was still around. She recently went off to KL because the salary here was too low. She was getting RM 25 per day working as the caretaker in the library.

Anyway, here are some pictures I took during that joyous occasion.
Ah... the drink server... haha...

Memories in Form 1...

It just seemed like yesterday, I walked the steps of secondary school. I entered school a day late, because the letter to enter Keat Hwa II came a day late. I was so frightened, and I still can remember how frightened I was.

I also remember on the day I entered school for registration, Wei Ping was there too, with his mother I think. He too, registered was a day late. Mr. Tan was in charge of the registration at that time. He was the first man teacher I met in my present school.

I can vaguely remember my first week in school, but all I can remember was, the prefects of the school were orientating us Form 1s. And also, I my first homework in school was from my Malay teacher. She asked us to write about our first day in secondary school.

Ah... I'll always remember form 1. I still can remember I got into a fight with a classmate of mine. I was rather small last time, and some of the other boys would bully me. But still, that toughen me up. I also can remember I got a fright in my third exam, because I failed my malay paper and got no. 37 in class. Haha.... Memories ^^...

My biggest regret in form 1, is quitting the cadet police. Sigh... Maybe, I'd be much tougher now. *sobs* Anyway, the pass is the pass, unless someone invents a time machine, I can't change anything.

60 Earth Hour...

Earth Hour is an organization planned and run by World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and it's partners. They are organizing an event where all Malaysians turning off their non-essential lights for an hour. This event will run on the 28th of March 2009, from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Be sure to participate in this nationwide event!

Personally, I think this is a good move. This way people will realize the importance of saving resources and the environment. The people have to realize that global warming is rising, and we have to take necessary steps to encounter it. Save the environment before it's too late!

Valentine's Day... Celebrated for it's Commerical Value or Actual Value?

February 14th, is the day when love is in the air. This day is called Valentine's Day. But also to some, they get to line their pockets. Some people celebrate it because everyone is celebrating it. How did it come about in the first place? Because St. Valentine disagreed with the emperor for sending young men to war, and those young men were not allowed to get married. In my opinion, Valentine's Day is celebrated for its commercial value, although some people do celebrate it for it's actual value, that is for love and happiness.

Why do I say it's celebrated for its commercial value? Restaurants, florists and other companies are making a killing during Valentine's Day. Couples go to expensive restaurants on Valentine's Day and usually on that day, the restaurants charge meals at exorbitant prices. Florists sell their roses at double of triple the actual price . To me, any day can be Valentine's Day. It's just because of the legacy of St. Valentine, that's why Valentine's Day celebrated. It's just a matter of perception.

But as in everything, there are exceptions. Some people do celebrate it for it's true meaning, that is for love and happiness. You do see young men mustering up all their courage and proposing to their loved ones on Valentine's Day, and on rare occasions vice versa. On normal days, they wouldn't do it, because there is no push factor. Furthermore, it'll be rather cool for the guy, because he gets to boast to the other guys, he proposed to a girl on Valentine's Day.

So, is Valentine's Day celebrated for it's commercial value or it's actual value? That's the million-dollar question.

A Debate on Should Teens Be Involved in Relationships?

Recently, my parents have been suspecting me being involved in a relationship. They think i have one because of me being on the phone, and messaging with my friends often recently. Is messaging with friends and talking on the phone wrong? They always scold me about it. Is it wrong to keep in touch with friends? It's not like the old days, where the technology wasn't so advanced, handphones did not exist. And keeping in touch those days are different then the old days. It's a new era now. Parents should keep up with the latest technological advancements to at least understand what's their child doing.

And also, I do not understand why most parents, including mine are against of teens having a relationship at this age. They think that it's all cons, and no pros. To me, I think they are pros, just that they can't see it, because the cons seem so bad that it covers it. Parents should be more open-minded. And sms'ing' and talking on the phone doesn't mean you have one.

Let me start with the negative points first. Having a relationship when we are teens will mostly not last. I have had a girlfriend before, although I'm not proud to say I had one before. So, my advise to you is to stay clear of having "special" feelings for others. Treat everyone the same. Even though you like someone, just be best friends for now. Build a strong friendship, and when you are 19 or 20, you're more ready to start one special relationship. Having a relationship at this age can be rather disastrous too. I recently heard of a boy stabbing a girl due to relationship matters. But luckily for him, the girl demanded for compensation and did not lodge a police report. If she did, the boy's future would have gone done the drain. Having a relationship at this age would also mean spending more money for phone bills, gifts, etc... Boy! You're pocket will be lighter and without an income, you'd probably would find other means of obtaining cash, which is usually illegal ways. Sometimes, the boy and girl might take the relationship to another level, like having sex. I recently read on the newspapers that in Britain, there was a father at the age of 13! Imagine that! Having a special relationship will also reduce your mixing with friends that often. Because all the attention would be spent on her or him. You'll see less and less of your friends. That's what I experienced when I had one. Just be best friends for now. And see what the future awaits you.

But having a relationship has it's pros too. I know someone that has been together for quite some time now. I predict they will settle down and get married in future. Both of their parents are supportive of their relationship. One can help not but envy from afar. Why do some parents are supportive and some are not? Having a relationship is just like super super best friends. You're boyfriend or girlfriend is there to accompany you, share your happiness, your sorrow, etc... basically is to share your life with him or her. It's also a source of encouragement, fulfillment, happiness, joy, and many positive things. I would one day want to be with the one I love too.

Teens nowadays are getting involved in relationships, because either no one wants to listen to them, care to lend an ear to them, or they basically just want someone to love them. Sometimes, relationships start because there is no peace at home.

People should genuinely care about other people, like what I said in my last post. It's just not the right time to start a relationship now. Wait. Be patient. Surely there will be the prefect girl or boy waiting for you somewhere in this world that has more than 6.7 billion people. Build friendships. I have gotten involved in a relationship before, but I'm not proud I had one before, but full of regret.

Do YOU Care Enough To Be Involved in God's Work?

I learnt quite a lot through Uncle Alan's semon last Sunday in church. He's from the Scripture Union Malaysia (SU). He talked about Nehemiah Chapter 1.

Nehemiah was a person who cared enough to do God's work. He accepted the responsibilities to rebuilt the wall of Jerusalem. Jerusalem at that time was a city without walls. At that period of time, a city wasn't called a city unless it had walls. Walls at that time played an important role, it was like a barrier to prevent the enemy from rampaging the city.

Nehemiah was a person who cared to be involved in God's work. Nowadays, people try not to care, or rather just buat muka caring. They can't even care for others, what more for God's work? I ask you, when a person asks "How are you?" and you reply him "Thank You. I'm not fine." How will he react? Will he pretend not to care? Or pretend that he didn't hear? Or just find an excuse to escape?

Nehemiah, was a man that consistently prayed too. I think this was why he succeeded. He prayed before he took action on something. And we, as Christians, should follow his example. Shouldn't we?

Life for the Past 2 Days...

Agh! That's for Saturday. I had school, to replace for Chinese New Year. Why tire students out by cutting short their weekends? Hrmph! Don't you know that, we students need to rest too?

Saturday is usually the busiest day of the week for me. Because on that day, I have two tuitions, Bible Knowledge and Malay. Talking about Bible Knowledge, I encourage all you Form 4 and Form 5 Christians to take up this subject! Don't let this subject die like it did a few years back. Keep it alive! I SUPPORT BIBLE KNOWLEDGE AS AN SPM SUBJECT! Don't worry if you think you can't cope with an extra subject, pray to Him, and He will guide you. Trust me!

And I had this Malay tuition at night. Grr!!! This tuition is always packed to the brim. And sometimes, there are so many people, that those people who are late have no where to sit, and they end up sitting on the floor. Crazy isn't it? To get a place in front, I have to go at 7:15 p.m.! And tuition starts at 8! Grr.... And I was so sleepy... I was so tired from school and BK tuition in the afternoon... *Yawns*

Sunday. My class is half empty now. My classmates have left for a gerko camp that lasts for 4 days. I wonder going to school will be worthwhile since my teachers aren't going to teach anyway. *Ponders* But... I wonder my parents will allow to skip school a not.

It's late... Toodles!

It's Valentine's Day!

It's a Saturday. I shouldn't be having school, but yet I have. Because of the stupid replacement for Chinese New Year! Grr...

Anyway, it's Valentine's Day! It's the day where love is in the air... Candy, chocolates, flowers, etc... are exchanged on this day, all because of St. Valentine. What did he do, to be remembered, every year?

It is believed, that St. Valentine was a priest. He served in Rome, when Emperor Claudius II was in power. The emperor had decided that single men made better soldiers than those with wives or families. He implemented a new rule, where young and single men could not marry. St. Valentine, felt it was injustice to those young men. He continued to perform marriages, in secret. But he was discovered and put to death.

If it was me, I too would feel it was unfair. We are all humans. God created us. He created this thing called "love". It is our born right to love someone. I believe the Emperor at that time, too was once a young and single man, and he would have gotten married. And, in my opinion, married men make better soldiers, because they still want to keep themselves alive, to reunite with their families, or wives. Don't you think so?

Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day to all you lovers out there! =)

High School Musical 3... the movie...

This movie was a big hit everywhere in the world, particularly teenagers like me. =P This movie alone, grossed up USD 82 million in the opening weekend alone. :O After watching all 3 of High School Musical, I feel High School Musical 1, is the best. It seemed more original. Comparing this to Mamma Mia the movie, Mamma Mia is so much better. The music fits the scenario perfectly. But never mind, Mamma Mia has been there for ages. So, by right, it should be better.

There are quite a number of new songs in this movie. But, I don't really like them. I don't know why, except for the song called "Can I Have This Dance". It's just so... nice. And, in some parts of the movie, it's just so romantic. *Sighs*

I can't help but wonder, is high school really that fun? I wish I could experience it for myself. I was talking to my friend the other day who has migrated to Australia. I indeed admire their system over there.

In Australia, they let you explore your mind, they let you take part in what interests you, and let you develop them. But here, in Malaysia, it's just so... STUCK UP! Even, my school's annual sport's day. The teachers in charge are having trouble forcing the students to attend sports practice. I think, the Malaysia government, should practice the "school district" system. So that, the schools will be accessible to students. The school would not be too far from the students' home. What do you think?

Anyway, High School Musical 3: Senior Year is quite okay. You should watch it...

Rating: 6/10

An Attempt On A Factual Essay...

I was given this question. And I decided to attempt this question the best I could.

"The media not only transmit information and culture, they also decide what information is important. In that way, they help shape culture and values. Do newspapers, magazines, television, radio, movies, the internet and other media determine what is important to most people?"

Are our lives influenced by the media? there are so many medias around us; the television, newspapers, radio, magazines, the internet and others. Most people are influenced by the media, the believe what the media projects and often do not take time to analyze or ponder more about it, nor looking it from a different perspective.

We are what we see and hear most of the time. Why do I say so? People are easily affected emotionally. A movie can portray many things that seem cool but yet at the same time harmful to us. For example, in a James Bond movie, you'll see James Bond posing coolly puffing away a cigarette. People watching this would like to emulate his "cool factor", making him their idol. This clearly indicates, the media does determine what is important to people. Movies can be also a fashion statement, the brand of clothes he wears from example. Who wouldn't want to have the phone James Bond uses in his movies? Or wear what he wears? The people after watching his movies, would be very taken up by him, and surely would want to dress and the gadgets he uses. So, aren't we what we hear and see most of time?

Another media that can influence us daily is the radio. Sometimes, companies will place catchy advertisements to make people sing to it. In this way, the people would want to find out more about this product they are advertising, and would most probably buy it even though it's good or bad. This is also so, because these advertisement would be played through your brain because it will be played through the radio again and again. And the radio is something we listen to almost everyday.

People read newspapers everyday to find out what's been happening lately around the world and country.Sometimes, newspapers can create biasness towards certain things. For example, sometimes, newspapers can be bias to a certain political party, it'll become a political gimmick. A hidden propaganda is hidden in the newspaper article. Once the people read it, they might get influenced and vote for that party.

So, our lives are clearly influenced by the media. What do you think?

School and Sickness....

I've been sick lately. I just recovered from sore throat and fever. But I still can't get rid of this sickening block nose and irritating cough. Haih. AND... I cut my hand in school today. I wonder if I still can play the drums tomorrow for MYF, but still, I'll try my best. I hope I don't cough the stage down. ARGH! Stupid blocked nose!

The weather is getting more and more terrible. The weather is just so HOT! My class today after 12, was like an oven! It was so HOT! How can students even study in such an environment? It's just impossible! Here you are sweating, and trying to concentrate what the teacher is trying to teach. It's just impossible.

Sports has started. Yellow Team is now Number 2, with 72 points, behind Green Team, with 73 points.

GO YELLOW TEAM!

School... [Day 24]...

I didn't blog yesterday. *Sighs* I have been blogging everyday since January... I MISSED YESTERDAY!!! The reason I didn't blog yesterday was because I was ill. I was having cough, sore throat and fever at the same time. I still coughing right now. *Coughs*

The past two days in school, was rather long to me. Mainly, because I wasn't my usual self, and also because I was feeling uncomfortable in school. *Coughs* Sukan Tara has started. And my class is rather empty. *Sighs* The teachers that enter also do not teach. So there is basically nothing to do. Except to finish off the past few days' homework...

My homework pile is still enormously high! *Sighs* I still have another 10 moral folios to do. I've completed 6! Malay tatabahasa, komsas and essay. English essay. And Additional Mathematics. Sigh. Will my homework pile never come to an end?

How Can School Get Any WORSE???

The paddy farmers nearby my school are burning their crops they recently harvested. The smell of smoke is HORRIBLE!!! Why do they need to burn them? Why not make them into a hay-stack for animals to eat? Why pollute the already polluted earth? Do they need to make the environment any worse?

I have a super sensitive nose some more... I had difficulty breathing in school. Haih... I pity those who had to run during their PJ periods today. They had to inhale the smelly smoke...

Today, there was assembly again. == Always sit there and listen to the teacher talk talk talk. Mr. Sang did a long report on the behavior of the students last week though. Every week, the PKs and HM will talk about the school rules, or students caught during wrong, or the events coming up... Haih...

Classes in school today went on rather normal... Loads of homework though. My homework pile:
  1. 12 Moral Folios.
  2. Bio Notes.
  3. Additional Mathematics.
  4. 2 BM Essays.
  5. 1 English Essay.
  6. Malay Tatabahasa.
  7. Chemistry Exercise.
*faints*

And tomorrow, there shall be new students entering my class, from 5F1, because 5F1 has been broken apart. Because so it seems, the PPD only allows 8 classes to be opened. ==

Dedicated to a Girl, Sarah...

It's her birthday today... It's a pity she's away, in js. Or we might have done something together with her. Too bad... =( But we did meet up before she left for js. =) We had pizza and hanged out. But I didn't get to stay through the whole thing though. My parents wanted me to be home early... You can see it all in Joanne's blog...

I would like to thank her for the good advise and encouragement you have gave me. I would also like to advise you to take things one step at the time. That you'll not get strayed away in your next step in life.

She'll be leaving AS on the 22nd of March, to further her studies, at Taylors... =( I'll get to see her on and off from then on. She has been a good president in our MYF... I wish you luck, Sarah!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MISSIE!!! =)

A New Week Has Started!

Weekends are over! And school starts again! *Groans* I felt very tired today in school. Don't know what was wrong. I slept pretty early yesterday. *Wonders*.

School today was... normal and uneventful. I wish school was more exciting. Everyday in school would be an adventure. But... *Sighs* it's always the same.

My first two periods were Sivic. I can call this two periods a waste of time. Why do we even learn this subject for? *Shakes head* We already have moral. After that, another two periods of Malay. She added more homework to my homework pile. T.T Another essay to write.

History... Double Physics... Maths... Moral and English... went on fine. Haih. But loads of homework. My current homework pile:
  1. 12 Moral Folios * Groans*
  2. 2 Malay Essays *Groans even more*
  3. 1 English Essay
  4. Biology Notes.
  5. Physic Notes.
  6. History Notes.
These are my school homework only. Haven't add on my tuition homework. *Faints*

Weekends...

I WAS glad that it was weekends. But the thought of my weekends being cluttered up by tuitions, made me change my mind. Totally. Haih.

Thursday afternoon, after a tiring journey back from school on the bus. I studied a little and slept. Because, at night, I had accounts tuition. This accounts teacher is really one good teacher. I think the best I've been so far, from Keat Hwa 1. Haha...

Friday morning. Badminton. With friends. But I got scolded for going out too long by my mother. =(

Friday night, MYF. I had to stay back for worship practice for Sunday. Haih. Uncle Andy didn't prepare the chords. We had to spend an hour getting the chords right.

Today afternoon, BK tuition.

Night, Malay tuition.

Tuition, tuition, tuition. I wish I need not go. Haih.

Another of Week of School Gone! =)

Ah... It feels like yesterday that it was the beginning of the week. How time flies! Another day closer to SPM, stress level goes up a notch everyday. Haih...

Today was, the most relaxing day, compared throughout the week. I had a free period today. Spent the time trying to solve additional mathematics questions. Integration is one hard but FUN chapter! Haha... I had double Add Maths after that. ^^ He didn't give much homework today, mainly because there were quite a number of students not in class. After Add Maths, I had Chinese. Double period some more. To me, the 2 periods are a waste of time, because mostly, I don't understand what the teacher is teaching. Haih... I should have paid more attention to it when I was in primary school...

You know why I call today the most relaxed day throughout the whole week? Because there are no science subjects at all today!!! After recess, I had Malay, Sejarah, double English and Moral. A lot of homework they gave. Haih! Two essays to do, history notes to make, and the worse thing is LOADS of moral folios to do! HAIH!!!

Random Rumblings on Biology... The Human Blood...

Biology can be sometimes very interesting, but sometimes a bore too! It can be very interesting and informative at times. The only problem is, all these things must be MEMORIZED!!! Our blood plays an important role in our body. It's a medium of transport, a regulation system, and also for protection from bacteria and viruses...

What does our blood transport? It's amazing to know what this watery liquid can do. It transports oxygen from our lungs to throughout the body, carbon dioxide to the lungs, nutrients, hormones, and waste products to the excretory organs. Our blood also regulates our pH, our body temperature, and the water content in our body cells...
What do blood consist of? 55 % plasma and 45 % cellular components. The cellular components are erythrocytes (red blood cells), leucocytes (white blood cells), and thrombocytes (platelets)... Each of these have a specific functions of their own.

Plasmas for an instance, is to for clotting blood, when we get a cut or wound. Plasma consists of albumin, fibrinogen (for clotting) and immunoglobulin (antibodies).

Erythrocytes, the red blood cells, is for transporting gases. It can live about 120 days, then it'll be destroyed, by the spleen and liver. This cell, is very small, and doesn't have a nucleus...

The leucocytes, the white blood cells, function as protection. There are many types of white blood cells. A few examples are neutrophils (engulf and digest bacteria), eosinophils (releases enzymes to combat inflammation), basophils and others more... They are all made by the bone marrow. Platelets, functions the same as plasmas. They help in blood clotting. They are larger fragments of the bone marrow...

Fascinating eh? But LOADS to memorize... HELP!

School... [Day 19]

School... School... School... I'm trying to look at things at a different perspective now. Looking things on the brighter side. =) School may nit be at its best now, but I'll learn to appreciate it. ^^ I've been hearing my seniors saying to enjoy your schooling days. It's a once in a lifetime experience. I suppose that's true, and I must learn to treasure it.

Sports Day is coming up, and so is the Annual School Jogathon... Haih... I'm not taking part in any events this year. My school is needing some donations in conjunction with the jogathon. The money collected will be used to upgrade the school library, and for the well-being of the students. Each student must collect a minimum of RM 50, silly isn't it? Anyone want to donate? I just got the card today. Anyone wanna donate, contact me. =)

Haih... First 4 periods today, 2 heavy science subjects!!! Chemistry and Biology. My Chemistry teacher has started a new chapter, Form 4 Chapter 7 Acid and Alkali. So many chemical and ionic formulas, and also the reactions to remember!!! Bio teacher has been teaching about the formation and composition of interstitial fluid, or also known as tissue fluid. So many things to memorize!!! HAIH!!

After recess, I had English, history, additional mathematics, and moral. Guess which teacher didn't show up AGAIN? MORAL! Wakaka... My Additional Mathematics' teacher gave us LOADS of homework, but all he gave to be done in class... =)

Another day of school has passed. How time flies!
This is what I feel.

Another Day @ School... [Day 18]

Haih... There was a seminar that we form 4 and 5's were FORCED to go today. So boring. The seminar was about studying in Taiwan. We were supposed to have PJ during that time. Haih. T.T

The seminar lasted for 3.5 periods. Meaning no Chinese and Mathematics period. ^^ My BM teacher taught about Malay literature today. Sien... Every week learn about Malay poems, short stories and stuff...

After recess, I had double Bio, which I'll be having again tomorrow morning. Haih... He taught about the formation of interstitial fluid. I going to DIE needing to memorize so many FACTS!!! After that was double Physics. Brain FREEZE! 2 heavy subjects together is not a good idea.

I had extra school activities today. I personally think that, extra school activities are a waste of time. Why have them when we are not going to anything anyway? No use sense de the school...

Up & Downs...

Life moves on every single second. Even when I'm typing this out now... I sometimes ask myself. To worry about the mistakes done and get stressed up emotionally and confine yourself away from the world? Or let go, change, forget and move on? I often am confused! Haih!

Mistakes can be corrected. I made a few big mistakes in my life. Some, I still can't forgive myself fully. Some, full of regret. Some, full of sorrow... Even if I could forgive myself and change, there are still many circumstances. One is whether the people you offended will forgive you. And most of the time, they don't if you made too many mistakes, or a BIG mistake. Haih! Life is full of up and downs!

Another way, is worry about the mistakes done, get stressed up emotionally, confine yourself away from the world, and be alone. But who wants to be lonely? Haih... I wish someone could lend an ear and give me some good advise. I'm scared of making a wrong move.
And the worse thing is I feel I'm being back-stabbed by my fellow school and classmates. Humph! If you tak puas something, come find me and talk and discuss straight larh! Eye to eye. Why need to back-stab? Hah? MANGKUK!

Recently, I had a disagreement with my parents too, about the usage of wifi. Why do my parents need to control some things till so strict? Haih.

Why make things so difficult? Let it be free larh! If not why have wifi for? So that people can use. Now they program it, so that I cannot use after 11 p.m. Haih. Sometimes need to check something online, just on my pda and online check. Now leh? Need ask parents to on computer. So ma fan! Fed UP!!!

Sometimes, I feel so happy, like I'm in seventh heaven. But sometimes I feel so down, like I'm in hell. Haih!

A SUPER TIRING day! [Day 17]

Haih! I don't know why I'm so tired today. I slept quite early last night, but still, i'm VERY tired.

And some more I had to attend assembly, had to listen to all the PKs and HM talk... My exams are starting soon, March 1st. T.T Today's assembly was rather long, because there was a short prize giving ceremony. I know why now they have tutor period after assembly.

I had double Maths after the free period. And I was SO TIRED, that I couldn't concentrate fully. But still, I understood what he taught. He has taught the first part of Integration finish. He's going pretty fast. My Moral teacher didn't show up again. ==

After recess, I had double Chemistry. My Chemistry teacher is my form teacher. She gave us an ang pow each! ^^ She said it was her tradition that she gives ang pow to her class. She gave us something sorta like a test.

I had the three languages after that. Boring. But loads of homework! T.T The faster SPM is over, the better!

Some Random Shots I Took Out Cycling...

What do you think of my pictures I took?
Ah... The wonderful rays of the sun...
The narrow path...

Another LONG day at school! [Day 16]

School. Again. Sigh! Will it never end? I hope I'll not regret for complaining to hope for school to end faster in the near future...

What's better than starting school with 2 periods of PSK? I don't even know why the government implement this subject. It's pointless. If have moral, why still have PSK, or vice versa? As a student, preparing for spm, I need not another unnecessary subject to clutter up my brain... Haih...

After that, I had double BM... I really salute this teacher... She is so dedicated. Even when my fellow classmates are talking and not paying attention to what she teach, she still teaches on, although she may sometimes seem fed up. She has not given up on us. I salute her!
Note: I DO listen to her teach. =)

I had history after that. She has started on the sub-topic, about nationalism. I shall blog about that later...

After recess, I had another double period. Physics this time... She did not get a chance to masuk our class last week, because the first time, we had a change of timetable and the second time was, because we had a how to answer history questions in SPM seminar.

My Maths teacher has started teaching Additional Mathematics, Chapter 3 Integration. Why does this chapter be so confusing? Hrmph! Moral teacher as usual did not enter class. Biasa already with him not entering class... LOL!

Pictures of Gotong-Royong! =)

The pictures... As promised! =)
