David Brown's Cottage Up Penang Hill [Part 3]...

When I first entered David Brown's Cottage, I knew that the food served here would cost a bomb! And it did. This restaurant is located on Strawberry Hill, at the peak of Penang Hill. Why is it called Strawberry Hill, I don't know... As far as I know, there aren't any strawberries up there...

The ambiance..
This restaurant has a fantastic natural ambiance. I would give a 9 out of 10 for it. It was very windy and cooling up there, although we were under the 12 noon sun.

The menu and pricing...
A bottle of mineral water cost a whopping RM 6 there, and coke costs RM 8 up there. We had tea instead. But, I didn't know how to drink it.
The food served...
The food was fantastic! We had ordered Ahmad tea, all the way from Europe, I think... But, overall, the food was very pricey. The dish I liked best was the pastry with the sauce the best...
Some more pics of the scenery up at the Cottage...
I like the ambiance! My house will be like that next time, but a little bit more modern... Haha...
