Germany has won 8, Spain 5, and drew 6 matches.Germany is sticking with the 4-5-1 formation and Spain too, because of David's Villa's injury. I think Germany's mindset should be an advantage, because the players watch Spain play. Spain in the other hand, shall have an advantage in their technical quality, confidence and familiarity.
I think Spain will win, their players are young and energetic. It will be an interesting match...
